Can anybody help? I have a Ford Focus Titanium with a Sony radio with serial number GLJ321805. Some work was recently done and the battery disconnected - I can't find any record of the code in the cars documents.

We need the correct serial number. Press 6&1 or 6&2 and the serial may appear on the display clearly in the form M123456 or V123456. If not the unit will need to be removed and the serial read from the sticker.
