FORD CODES ONLY ! -- single code requests for personal use only ( one per 6 months ) -- we need the ( correct ) serial number to get the code ( your audio paperwork or radio may not be the original ones ) you will not have unlimited code entry attempts only 10 to 13 & then it will lock you out so do not enter it if its not for that radio -- if you need your serial number then some radios you can press the station preset buttons -- 1&6 or 2&6 -- & it may display the serial number if not then the radio will have to come out from the dashboard ( a vidio on you-tube can show you how ) on the casing of the radio is the radio keycode/serial number label with the serial number on it for that radio ( see photo on the left eg M123456 or V123456 one letter & six numbers ) if its a M serial just post it, SORRY ! BUT IF ITS A "V serial" then its not free as access is required to the original FORD factory database ( which is not commercially available ) if you need info on poss best sites please ask by posting here & a message will go on your private messages on the header at the top of the page --- take a look on e-bay or http://ukbookshelf.co.uk/fordv I will send a message if needed !
    Ri19991 please read above
TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio

    ser VDCD3042010446
    A2C53099315
    CG000447010446
    C.I. CODE...VC
No makers name just MG Rover
Any help would be greatly appreciated with a donation to your charity
    Thanks
Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

I'm a bit confused by this thread because early on there are lots of people reporting success with various radio code websites, programmes available from eBay, etc... yet the last few pages are just autoresponses stating that the codes can't be found on the web.

Why is that? Are codes only available for certain radio models? Or have all the previously working sites been shut down?

E.g. I've got a 10 year old Corsa with a CDR2005 radio which needs a code. From Vauxhall I'll have to wait a) until I get the updated log book back (could be weeks) and b) until I can next get into a garage at the weekend (not for the forseeable future) and it'll cost me 30 quid... whereas I want to get it up and running now, and for less than that! Is there any hope on the web? Why the change from the earlier posts where people are having good results?

    Thanks.

    EDIT: Details as follows:

    Siemens VDO 330886636
    CDR2005 (E)
Serial number from the side seems to be GM020532869904

Would really appreciate an unlock code please!

    Thanks!
