    Are you getting any results from the 6 & 1 or 6 & 2 ?

Software/Hardware would not be an economical option for ones own radio.

Thanks for your reply. But reading some of the pervious post on this form. It's clear that it is possible to get a radio code for a vauxhall vectra for free. I just need to find one someone that is able to supply me with it
It all depends on the radio make , model and how old it is.

Yours is not available for free from anywhere on the Internet because it is a 2004 VDO radio

Hi, can anyone help. My father has an old Volvo S40 XS (W REG) and he has locked the radio out due to a change of the old battery.

Its a cd, radio & cassette player

This is the info I got from the unit on examination...

    Model SC805 -2f
    SN. V01590 X161E061F

I hope someone can help, it will get me in my dads good books and I would really appreciate any guidance.
Sorry....your radio is made by Mitsubishi and the code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
