First ..Do NOT post the same request in 2 different threads

Please quote the 14 character Serial Number on your radio. It usually starts with GM or BP and normally found stamped in the metal casing

Tried it today and no joy. Did take the unit out, check the fuse, and tried but only have the flashing red light on the 'faceoff' eject button. No beep either.

Think i am locked out so will leave it a few days (don't want to have to send it away if possible £££).

I'll leave the radio switched on in the mean time.. apparently that's the thing to do while waiting.

The reset method that works is to Press AS and the ON Button at the same time

You should get the "Beep"....then leave it SWITCHED ON ....UNDISTURBED for it to reset (could be several hours)

Then , once several hours have passed , enter your code.

If correct , then you should get the "Beep"...and all should work.
