I really need a code for a 6000 series radio. I saw somewhere online that pressing 1 and 6 together would give you the serial number. It did give me some numbers, are any of these the serial number?

If it clearly comes up in the form M123456 then yes, if not then remove the unit from the dash and read the serial from the sticker.

Hiu can any one supply a code for my fiesta radio it is just back from the garage and I do not remember the code the serial No is M027001, thanks

Hi all, same problem here... lost power the other monrning and now radio is in SAFE mode, and no little credit card thingy with code in my manual books!

Hope someone here can help me out!

I am trying to get my Ford Focus CC-3 (2007 Reg) Sony 6-CD changer to work, but all efforts are unsuccessful.. Everyone here seems to know what their radio Serial Number is.. Sorry to say, but I dont have a serial number. A recent blog advised me to hold down buttons 1 & 6 on my radio and it seems to display the below details.. Can some one help me pleaseeeeeee
