How do I remove radio to get serial number? Had no radio for weeks now:-(

Press 6&1 or 6&2 and the serial may appear on the screen clearly in the form M123456 or V123456 (not if it is a Blaupunkt sat nav unit). If not then the unit will need to be removed from the dash and the serial read from the sticker.
