Please check your Serial Number again as it should have 14 characters ( yours only has 13 )

More details of your radio required.

Quote all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the make of car it is fitted into.

Yesterday i bought an escort '97 with a radio unit in it.. I want to build in my own radio, but since the gap the original unit is in is nearly double the size i'll need to do with this unit.

Its a traffic 3000, FD 3000 v M446978

The guy who sold it tried a code 10 times, now it says lock 10 (so its perm locked or something). How can i unlock it still, and whats the original code for that unit?

*edit* I found out that pressing the '6' button for some 5 seconds or something gives you 3 more tries.. Now all i have to know is the code to make it work .. I tried looking up the code, and according to a mate of mine it has to be 6465.. So when i enter that code and press 5 to active its not correct. I have now 2 tries left.

Hi guys, Hope someone can help me. Whilst trying to put the code in to the stereo in my Transit I managed to lock myself out completely. Any idea how I can unlock it to put the code in?
