I tried it expecting it not to work, but it did. i am not good with computers but the page is here: http://forum.eserviceinfo.com/viewtopic.php?t=6835&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight= I think!! (i just highlighted the whole top bar and pasted it, don't know how much of that address is necessary, sorry!) anyway, i thought i would not be able to find my code on the internet for free, but i did, with much help, so i thought i should pass it on. as i say i am not very computer smart and even less so electronics , yet i manged it so it must be simple!! Thanks, hope this helps anyone, i think this is just for clarion, not sure
This is useful information but you have to be aware that reading the diodes/links can only calculate the Clarion codes from the older models, including
Clarion PU-9534,PU-9535,PU-9536, PU-9637, PU-9665,PU-9667, PU-9971 ,FINISH LINE
and also the Hyundai Clarion Models H810,H815,H820,H850
and the Chrysler Clarion 526945 and 56006932
This method was used on a recent Hyundai code calculation on this forum ...but it took a while for the radio owner to find out what to look for so that the details could be entered into the calculator
