They should have said it MIGHT !,on this forum , is try but when it more often fails , remove radio from dashboard and quote s/n.

Removing is not hard , I think regwort posted the correct you tube video in the past couple of pages, you don't need fancy 'keys' 4 small screwdrivers OR my way is a cut down wire coat hanger , form the two loops and press firmly

I am using the Reply box because I can't find a Question box - so I hope it works! I disconnected the battery on my Focus because I had the Key Code in the Audio Guide. But the code doesn't work.

The Serial Number is M032467 and they give the Key Code as 2054. I've tried it twice without success and I'm afraid of it locking out

I wonder if anyone can help?
