    FORDS in the UK + elsewhere normally have serial numbers beginning with M or V ...and the older ones begin with L or C .

    Are there any other LETTERS or NUMBERS anywhere on any labels or barcodes?

    Your Serial Number looks like it`s one of the American FIC Fords ( Made in Brazil or Mexico perhaps?) and I don`t think you will be able to obtain the code for this radio for free .

    You could try 9426 just in case it is an M serial number in disguise (but I doubt it)

    Otherwise you will have to try your Main Ford Dealer or one of the Professional Radio decode Specialists.

    Might be cheaper just to buy another radio off Ebay or somewhere similar?
