Hi, wondering if anyone can help my, im trying to get the code for a Clarion PU 1561A, on the radio it self it has a code on it but this is 1218 and i can only enter digits 1-6 so i am unable to enter this, the numbers i got are these

Make - Clarion
Model - PU 1561A
Serial Number - 0014396
Job Number - 0178115

Anything else needed let me no.

Yes , you are correct . The code for this radio will have a maximum digit of 6 as the code is entered directly using Preset Buttons 1 to 6 .....and so 1218 must be wrong.

Unfortunately ....the only CLARION code that can be calculated for free on any of these free Help Boards is if you have a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C70000000 ----

You could always try entering 1216...and if not successful leave it SWITCHED ON UNDISTURBED for a while to reset the radio ...then enter 1215 etc...all the way down to 1211.....just in case ?
