  • Please help! Thanks to the cold weather and a dead battery (and no radio code) my car radio is now locked.
    The radio is a Becker Mexico Pro
    Model No. BE7930
    Serial No. 45001216
    Car. Subaru
    The code is 5 digits from using numbers 1 to 7.

  • Hi all, think this might be a tricky one for you. Bought a s/hand car (rover 620 P reg) a few days ago and the original radio was in the boot, reconnected it and it asked for the code, (which i never got with the paperwork for the car). The radio is a Rover r860 (Philips), unfortuneately some of the serial numbers have faded, these are what i can make out. *= missing no's

    Model No: 22dc59**60s
    Prod No: FD 039610021579

    Stamped on the side is RG594FT8021579

    Hope someone can help, many thanks. Andy

    Sorry.......... these Serial Numbers are not in my PHILIPS database but if you email [EMAIL="restoredclassic@aol.com"]restoredclassic@aol.com[/EMAIL] then they may be able to help as they have a much larger database for Philips radios (Mention this forum and there should be no charge)

    i just put the ignition on, i have pressed the power button, and then pusshed digit 1(eight times) digit 2(4 times) and digit 3(5 times) then pressed digit 4 once, and... npothing :(
    it's not blinking, not starting, nothing, just the 3 lines in the display...
    do you have any idea why? :-s
    anyone could give me a little help please? :(
