I have a renault clio (w reg 2000) and need the radio code for it after having some work done on it, not sure what numbers you need exactly but these are all the numbers that i could find on the stereo.

Part number: FD301130149247
Serial number: RN279F10149247
unknown number: TOR365
barcode: 82000029541TR365

any help would be much appricated. Thanks in advance and have a good christmas

Sorry...if there is no C7000000---- then the code will not be available from any of these free Help Boards

Sorry.......... this Serial Number is not in my PHILIPS database but if you email [EMAIL="restoredclassic@aol.com"]restoredclassic@aol.com[/EMAIL] then they may be able to help as they have a much larger database for these Renault / Philips radios (Mention this forum and there should be no charge)

Hy i have a big problem. No matter what i've tried only 8 SAFE appears on a VDO CDR500 (opel astra). If I start the stereo normal (pushing the volume) only SAFE appears. So i've kept AS pressed and the on button for couple of seconds and then 8 SAFE appears, no lines for code entry. I've read that i have to wait for the code to appear. So i've swiched on the radio once normal (just on button) waited 20 min, swiched off then back on with AS pressed. Still 8 Safe appears. Then i've started with AS pressed, waited 20 min, swiched off, then back on with !!! and nothing still 8 SAFE. I've tried both procedures with the ignition on and off, please help me i don't know what else to do.
