Hello all.

I have a ford focus that has had its battery disconected recently and its radio has now locked. Looking at this forum i can see that people very generously supply codes if a serial number is given - but i am unsure where these serial numbers are found...

coolfritz29 the only certain way is too remove the radio from dashboard and quote the magic 'M' six figure number .

Check out youtube to assist in removal , correct keys !! can be obtained from Halfords or ebay , but first try a cut down wire coat hanger .
