I've bought a renault megane at auction and someone has removed the original CD player and replaced it. Would someone be abel to tell me what the unlock code is please.

Sorry regworts,

I just cut and pasted my first post. What has happened is that I bought the car from auction and it had a radio/cassette player in which I requested the code for on this forum. Unfortunately the code didn't work so I bought one from ebay (the same code as it turned out) but that didn't work. So I then bough a new CD/radio from ebay and the seller provided the code with that. Unfortunately I can no longer find the code and my wife has left the lights on the car and flattened the battery and the code has reset. I assure you I'm not a dealer and the code is for my own personal use

Post the 14 character Serial Number beginning with GM++++++++++++ found stamped in the metal casing
