Most European radios start with M (or if unlucky V) then 6 numbers.
Often you will get this by pressing 1+6 or 2+6 if not then afraid you will have to remove unit and get number from the back of it

Hi I got this by holding 6 and then pressing 1

It flashes through 3 screens on the display of the information

I changed battery on my mondeo and need the code for the 6000CD radio since I can not find the code.
When I push 1 and 6 it shows
fdd2006v048225
is this enough or do I need to get serial from lable?

Your serial is v048225 there are only 2 guys who have been on here once each who can do these serials, if they do not show again then afraid they are not avail free
