Car Radio Unlocking

Hi,
After replacing a fuse in our Corsa the radio is now showing the message SAFE. We don't have the code so are stuck music-less unless someone can help us!
Radio Type - CDR 2005
Numbers on stickers on radio - GM330886636
No. 13 122 932

Apologies in advance for me beeing silly.

I have locked my husband's radio in his Ford Ka (silly me left lights on for the night).
My friend helped me to obtain serial code of it. M 001408.
My husband is back home on Monday. I am so dead if I won't get this sorted.
Anyone able to help me?

Post the 14 character Serial Number found stamped in the metal casing

It will begin with GM++++++++++++

is the serial num the same as engine num? mine is bd000618. you think you can retrieve the code? thanks a lot!

i guess its not the engine num but the radio serial number. how do i get it? ive tried pressing 6+1 or 6+2 but no serial appears. i just see in the manual part number 5m5919c104ba.
