I have a Volvo T4 s40 ..HU-605 unit id rather not replace it.i would make my day if you could help me out here.
I called volvo this morning and they wanted to charge £18 for the code..i tryed to convince them to give it to me but they wouldn't, its left me quite annoyed...anyway if you can help me that would be so amazing i cant tell you..anyway the details needed are as follows:

Post the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with BP++++++++++++ found stamped in the metal casion.

Also the number beginning with 7 *** *** ***

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C 7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.

If not then it will only be available from your Main SAAB Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio
