    hay88 - thanks for your reply, yep serial code is correct and have put the codes in the correct way. The radio just won't unlock! Bit frustrating as I've double checked everything and can't understand what's wrong! Running ouit of attempts before it's going to lock! Not sure if there's anything else I can do!
    Just to confirm that the M serial number you gave came from the sticker (or etched on the side) on the radio ?
