I am hoping somebody can help me

I've recently purchased a Peugot 206 however the radio is locked...could somebody please provide me with a code

Its a Blaupunkt radio/cassette player and the serial/bar code ive found on it is

BP8146Y8573147
7648 146 392

also wanted to ask normally it says radio locked but than when you leave it alone for a while it displays a key sign and ---- so im amusing that is where you enter the code...is that right? if not please could you instruct how to enter the code and if there is an enter/OK key that i need to press in the end/start?

earlier the stereo would let me enter codes
now i have the code it wont let me type a code. i push the numbers but nothing happens.....any help????

well earlier i must of been entering codes (incorrectly). the screen just shows the dashes ---- not flashing. and when i press the numbers nothing happens? its like its locked from entering too many times?

Earlier did it read "code" or were the dashes flashing. What happens if you press the "1" button. Try turning off, holding button 6 and turn on, failing that leave for half an hour turned on. What car / year is it ?
