Hi- I have a radio that says LOCKED 13. The radio is Ford 6500R. The serial number is M097845. I have a key code that was provided with the manual when we bought the truck. We can get the radio to come on by pressing and holding 6 and 5 simultaneously but then it goes back to locked. Any advice?

Your code is 9321....but too late to use

There is no free reset for LOCK13

Main Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service required to reset it....but not for free

  • Ste, thanks a million!
Considering there are websites out there charging anything from £25 plus VAT for that information, it really brings home to me what this forum is all about.
Having been a member for over five years and made my first post today, I find it really humbling to know that there are people like yourself who are willing to give their time and knowledge free of charge - and in less than 25 minutes!!
The only down-side is that now I don't have an excuse to put off working on the car!!
    Seriously though, thanks again Ste.
