Can someone help me with my Ford Fiesta radio? Code is m077760.

Hi- I have a radio that says LOCKED 13. The radio is Ford 6500R. The serial number is M097845. I have a key code that was provided with the manual when we bought the truck. We can get the radio to come on by pressing and holding 6 and 5 simultaneously but then it goes back to locked. Any advice?
