Although the code you supplied is corrrect and unlocks the radio, unfortunately there is a fault with the radio itself in that on turning off the ignition, it loses the code and prompts again for it the next time the ignition is switched on. I've therefore obtained a replacement radio.
I now realise that most of the numbers quoted previously are redundant.
The information relevant to the the replacement is:

Peugeot/Blaupunkt T1 LOW BP8140Y 545 7552.
