Car Radio Unlocking

Hi all my friend has a peugeot 206 and she has forgotten the pin number for the radio, its a bummer i dont know why they have pins on installed radios !!!

what details do I need to get it unlocked ? and how do i get them

Remove the radio from the dashboard

Post the radio MAKE+MODEL plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or engraved in the metal casing.

I have a radio/CD out of a peugeot 106 I think it may be Clarion

the code on the metal casing is CL0401Y0174864,

Could you please help me out?
