It depends on the model of car.

if it is one of the older models there will be four holes in the front. Either buy the "U" tools from halfords or another retailer or insert 4 nails gently into the holes and pull the unit out.

If it is a newer model with the large square unit fitted then you need the special tools from the internet (google for ford radio removal tool).

This is a DELCO radio and I don`t think that anyone on the free Help Boards can decode this for you. It will have to be decoded/or recoded by a Decode Specialist or your Vauxhall Dealer ....for a few ££s
