Can you check both your numbers again as the Product Number has insufficient digits. (Should be 7 *** *** *** )
Also do you know the maximum digit that can be inputted ? Is it 6 or 9 ?
(ie is your code between 0000-9999 or 0000-6666)

Sorry I think I was looking at the wrong number it should be 7 649 372 316
