Radio Code Entry

Late Four Digit Ford Radio Codes (no SELECT button)

ie. Ford 3000 Traffic, 4000RDS, 5000RDS, 6000RDS, 6006E, etc
Switch the radio on and the word CODE should appear in the display
Repeatedly press button 1 until the correct first digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 2 until the correct second digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 3 until the correct third digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 4 until the correct fourth digit of the code is displayed.

Once the code has been correctly selected on the radio's display, press button 5 to enter.
If "LOCK 10" is shown on the display, please contact us for guidance. If the display shows "LOCK 13" code entry will not be possible, and the unit will need to be electronically decoded by a car radio servicing specialist.

i have never had any problems with this radio before,i installed a dvd player,then removed the dvd player,reinstalled my stereo,never cut any wires,i used the kit when i installed the dvd player so i know the stock stereo is working properly,i do not know what to do, i tried disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 mins, turned the stereo on, only thing that displays is the time,it does not appear code what should i do

I have a Ba falcon and i have a used new cd player and i dont have the code and i dont know where to find the serial no. you need the only one i can find is longer i will give it to you ne ways if it helps. s/n 168763817800. Any help would great also i tried to get to the stage to enter a code but i couldn't get that to work either. thank you in advance for any help

Please can anyone help with a code for my radio cassette, had to change battery and now in safe mode. It's a Philips SC201 and the serial no is GM0201P1181627
