Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)0 -

I bought a 2003 Chrysler Neon R/T that has been standing without a battery for a while, now the radio is asking for a code. Could you be of any assistance? Tried phoning the service center here in South Africa but they taking forever to get back. Here are some of the details:
Serial number: TCAAA0553J7282
Part no: P05064385AF
Really appreciate your help!
Unfortunately your Chrysler Code is not in my small Chrysler database...and it is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.
Sorry....Main Chrysler Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service only0 -
In order to attempt to calculate your code ,the radio will have to be extracted from the dashboard ...Then please quote your radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the NUMBERS+LETTERS on ANY LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING
OK, have managed to extract the radio/cassette now. It doesn't say so on the radio but I believe the model is Harmony and it is certainly manufactured by Philips. Info from the set:
Type No: 22DC745/60B
RG Part No: XQD 101091PUY
RG745WY1068322
Barcode info:
9022 217 45601 01
003 0009 1068322
I couldn't see anything stamped into the metal casing.
Best wishes,

The required Serial Number is RG745WY1068322 and unfortunately it is not in the available Philips database.
You will have to try your Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service0 -
