Car Radio Unlocking

Hi there,
Pls can someone help me with my radiocode. I understand it could be mitsubishi-made radio with cassette and single cd (model 805) in my volvo v40, with serial number V00690 W4089109D. Also written on the radio are te numbers 3533775-1.

In order to attempt to calculate your code ,the radio will have to be extracted from the dashboard ...Then please quote your radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the NUMBERS+LETTERS on ANY LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING

Sorry...this code will only be available from your Volvo Main Dealer or by using a Radio Decoding Service

If your local Volvo Dealer does not offer it for free, try others as there are some Volvo Dealers who will oblige providing you have all the relevant information+documents

I've no idea how I would go about removing it, is this the ONLY way the code can be determined as there are websites claiming to be able to provide codes based on VINs alone?

I was just wondering whether a changed battery would reset the radio code? Only the code I have for my Ka doesn't work. Would my serial number still produce the right code?

Any help would be really appreciated!!

The code is directly linked to the serial number. The radio has probably been changed at some time. give us the serial number off of the radio and we will give you the code.

V serial codes are not available for free. Ford or pro decoder.
