You could give these codes a try http://forums.hexus.net/audio-visual-standard-hd/42173-sony-cdx-m650-car-stereo-code.html. Sony have a few different lists, the code is not linked to your serial number. Your local Halfords may be able to get the correct list for free as their repairer will just fax one to them. I hope you have the remote control. Inputting the wrong code will not lock the unit.it´s not possible to get the code with any programm?
i ask, because i don´t want to pay much money to get the code directly from sony

The only SONY code available for free are some ex-Ford (and possibly odd others) and they should have the Ford Serial beginning with M + + + + + + somewhere.
Post ALL the LETTERS + NUMBERS if there are any more
Otherwise the cheapest option is to take the radio into your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the radio`s memory chip (EEPROM)
note: I believe that many of the Sony radios need a remote control to enter the code0 -
Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning withCan anyone help me with the code for a stereo from a Peugeot 106?
Model no: PU-2294A(C)
Serial number: CL0401Z0573418
Thanks!
C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)0 -
