1 Is there power to unit? check fuse
2 Do you have a small SECURITY panel (usually with buttons 2 to 5 on it) that pops off? Check make sure it is totally in place

yes all the fuses are ok, it has not got any detachable panels, if the double din touch screen unit with the build in sat nav (which is working fine), i went to the radio tuning screen where there are numbers 1-6 listed but entering the code there makes no difference. cant select a station or get any sound.

Sorry, have no idea with this unit. Be good if you could post back when you find out how to input it
have you tried asking on the Ford Owners forums http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showforum=20

Can anyone help me out, the wife's car needed a new battery so had it changed but the radio has locked me out.
