Yes, every time you disconnect the power from the radio you reset it and need to input the code. It can only remember the settings whilst connected to power.

Hi, i recently changed my ford stereo and realised i left 6 cd's in it, and funnily enough no code in the book!
Hoping a kind soul could give me the code for it.
Its a 6006E system serial number is M063025.
