Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.

(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )



If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service

If you want your code you have to call a number of dealers. I called Peugeot and they said the codes come from a security company and this company charges but the advised me to speak to different dealerships.

The third dealer I spoke to was out so I left my details and car reg with the operator and when he called back he gave me the number - no charge!

You just have to be persistent in your calls and eventually someone will give it to you.

That`s good news as most Dealers always charge.

This code information is only available from the original factory database which is not commercially available.You were lucky that this Clarion was the original radio fitted into your car.
