Many thanks for the code. Worked a treat and written down in three places in hand book, service book and on odd bit of paper with crossed out codes.

in other forums i send the pic of the stereo they told me that my serial is: 012974 can you calculate with this serial?? or the code must be MXXXXXX

Can you please help with radio code? ? ?
I have a 1996 Ford Laser Encore, the radio as quoted on label is:
Ford KH-18805-5kt
Serial # 7726326

I know it doesn't start with a letter BUT that's all there is...

Car was purchased in NZ
