Games up guys, all orders according to customer support have been cancelled, they are not honouring one!!!. It was good while it lasted and its unfortunate yet not unexpected. If any orders have gont through then please quote them? regards

My order hasn't been cancelled yet, i expect it will be at some point today. The carseat did say 18 working days for dispatch, so it was clear that it wasn't in stock.

it seems it was an error and orders, accordingly, are to be cancelled.
however, i haven't seen from what source people have been told this.....

It was the customer care number I rang, held on for ages as they were very busy, the guy who answered pretty much knew why I was ringing berfore I spoke. He said that we would all probably receive emails saying that there was a problem with payment and to contact customer services. Basically he said that it had been an error on the website and none would be despatched.

Pity though as the same car seat in red was showing out of stock in the red, late last night they had updated the bamboo colour to the original price. There is a website selling the same colours of car seat on ebay with a price guarantee on their website and promise to match any other company with their website price!!!!!!! If they kept it on just for the morning!!!!!! Now mothercare have withdrawn all evo car seats from their website in the past ten minutes. I wouldnt want to be the guy or gal who is responsible for this human error or the poor customer sevices who have to deal with the likes of the users of this forum either demanding their order, or putting the funds back into bank accounts lol. Regards to all who placed orders including myself who have had a shot in this rollercoaster over the past 12 hours. It reminds me why this forum is essential and why the views and opinions are so varied and finally...the outcomes of these bargains in this case aside...special
