Im sitting patiently waiting on my parcels which should arrive today at some point as specified delivery .Not holding out much hope as the delivery guy is usually here long before this.

The problem with store delivery was that during the sale a huge number of orders went to the stores, and of course, the store delivery section in many stores is quite small .... so this time they've decided to solve the problem and remove that option.

But a Free delivery for orders over £30 would be nice!

As for everyone moaning and saying that Store Delivery orders are picked last, that's rubbish....

if you don't like it, don't shop - there are many of us who will!

I ordered yesterday early morning and my stuff haven't even been dispatched yet... :-(

Do you work for M&S or another retailer by any chance?

People are frustrated with M&S because you order things from the sale which are stated as being in-stock, only to find that a few days later they can't honour the order. Surely their stock system should be continually updated.

Mine hasn't and I ordered the late Tuesday night - they haven't been dispatched.

Yes I'm in the same boat as you - I ordered Tuesday night too and the status of my order hasn't changed - however I did select for store delivery for Mon 31st so perhaps thats why?!

I ordered on Tuesday, selected Standard delivery, it is supposed to arrive by 31st August but order status is not yet dispatched (there are about 10 items). I am not happy, because I worry they will cancel many of the items by next week.

It appears my order is not coming today because Home Delivery Network say my address does not exist, despite them delivering to me at least once a week! M&S were very apologetic, but that doesn't get my shoes here any quicker!
