If you open up the specific order it will probably show that some of the items have been dispatched and there maybe one or two which are still waiting to be dispatched. Because its kind of half dispatched it shows on both categories iykwim

Oddly, my order confirmation also went in to my SPAM box, which has never happened before. Strange, that.
Everything on my order due to arrive tomorrow, which is my designated date!

Oooh I'm really excited now! My order has changed to despached so maybe I will get it tomorrow after all! Fingers crossed...

Oh great i stayed up late on the first night and ordered quite a bit for store collection and chose the first day available which is saturday. So i guess now that means i'm not going to get anything! What was the point in me being one of the first to order if someone who ordered today is going to get theirs and i wont get mine. I figured they would dispatch stuff to stores as soon as the got the orders. Whats wrong with m&s!

I ordered a few sale and non-sale items last night and they've all been despatched. I used the Kidswear offer code but only saved £5 (not £10 as stated in booklet) and got free next day delivery.

I stayed up really late last night ordering - the items are still being prepared - not really expecting anything to come now. M&S are very frustrating for out of stock items.

Annoying, isn't it?? I did the same until I remembered what happened to me last time, and so I quickly changed it!!

Call them and ask to change your order to home delivery; they should be able to confirm over the phone whether or not they can do that.
