That's irritating about the store delivery not being available. I placed two orders last night, both to be delivered to store on Monday - fingers crossed they get here!

Just checked, and it's not there. Seems to have tracked, but I'm down for store delivery, so who knows!

Had a conversation with the SA at my last collection, we both agreed that store delivery was a service long overdue, so it's another backward step for M&S! Store deliveries for ANY item used to be standard.

Last night I spent over £150 so used nominated delivery for 26th August. Just checked my account and none of my items have been despached yet so I doubt anything will be here tomorrow. I don't know why they offered me that delivery date if they were not going to be able to despach my order in time!

I selected store delivery last night too.

What a joke taking store delivery off sale items. I won't bother buying anything then if I have to pay P+P - that defeats all point, especially when half of the orders are cancelled willy nilly!!

Sort it out M&S - this is not good enough. Perhaps I'll think twice before spending 300 pounds next time then....

Hope everyone else gets everything they ordered! Honestly, they are spoiling the sale mood with all of this messing around!

i ordered last night and selected store delivery for my 2 sale items and 1 non-sale item, so i'm joining the ranks of those waiting with crossed fingers...

it seems to be the latest in a string of unsatisfactory customer service interactions i've had with marks, they appear to be becoming more corporate, money-grabbing and generally arsey everytime i go in!

way to lose customers m&s...

Just to clear up any confusion, I meant that I ordered for in-store collection last sale and got nothing. I was told by an M&S rep that they were giving priority to home-deliveries. This, along with the fact that every page on the sale site says they will not do in-store collection for sale items (which Kate has requested), made me suggest that she calls up and changes to home delivery!

Hope that makes sense.

ok, when I go to look at my orders, in my ''open and recently depatched orders'' it's saying items to be depatched soon. However, in the ''orders placed in the last 6 months'' section, the same orders state the items were despatched on 25th Aug. So, have my items been despatched or not????? Who knows hey, shall have to wait and see!!
