Hi all
Appologies if this is already posted but I discovered this a couple of weeks ago and have made a good deal of recipes with success.
The spicy ribs was a particular success and today im using up a whole jar of cranberry sauce to make barbecue chicken.
Hope it gives some ideas for leftovers dinners etc

After buying Gino D'Acampo's Italian Diet book last week and then the OH cooking things from it and enjoying it (unusual, the cooking a recipe), I decided to check his website.
