It tells you what percentage of the ingrediants you have. If you don't want to buy anything extra just look at the 100% ones

thanks hilstep but none of them is the one I'm looking for - I think it may have been a US one and i seem to recall you could not only put in the ingredients you had, but when you eventually chose a recipe, you had the option of having it listed in US or UK ingredients & weights.
