I'm in a calorie deficit so won't be adding much muscle, just maintaining what I've got. Would have expected to see a couple of lbs off this week, in water weight if nothing else, cos I cut salt and increased water intake. If there has been a reduction in measurements I wouldn't be too worried (which is what happend last week despite the salt fiasco) but nothing has budged except the scale upwards [insert VERY CONFUSED smiley]26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

            Morning all.
I've a day off today - am shattered as spent the weekend with Dear Dad (not sure what the internet initials are to avoid him being mistaken for a Darling Daughter ). We did emptying and moving of stuff as part of the parents great house move saga. ). We did emptying and moving of stuff as part of the parents great house move saga.
Our neighbour warned DH yesterday that on Saturday they saw some people behaving suspiciously around the truck tyres. DH went out and fitted locking wheelnuts in response. Today I have the truck as he left for work then came back having discovered one of his wheels has a new wheelnut on it - not one of the orginal nuts - and this new, strange nut, doesn't fit properly so is loose
Police might send someone to fingerprint the nut (think they thought we were mad).

What's happened in the kitchen Buffy?
Trying to get motivated to do something but feel tired and fed up. Probably the perfect mood to tackle the ironing. 0 0

            Morning everyone,
Elfen, loving the title and have a fantastic time in Finland.
The weather yesterday was awful, rain, rain and a bit more rain but I wasn't too bothered as I spent the majority of yesterday asleep! A two day migraine isn't nice.
Today, I will be busy reporting and looking through my OH CV so he can go to the recruitment agencies tomorrow and then buy a car - a Lexus or a Saab, I did give him a budget but decided he's responsbile enough to make his own decisions and if he goes over the budget set then it will be on his conscience.
He seems to think that he will have a job by the end of next month [insert confused smile], is it possible? He is considering asking for his old job back, as he's seen there's not many jobs available.
Lots of love and hugs to everyone,
 LMC x0

 I really don't know.
The freezer heated up last week, so defrosted. To be honest I think it has had it but as per usual Mum is (and me cos I could butt in) procastinating about getting rid of it. This soaked the carpet.
Then Saturday the washing machine leaked. Mum thinks it was a one off and is going to try it again today. Never has the need for eye rolling smiley been so great.
and then as usual when it rains the conservatory leaks.
Oh and we STILL have no hot water or heating.
