Well I can still go in tomorrow (provided there is a bed!) and the arrival of AF wont affect the op. Have takens some pain killers and now feel very sleepy, gotta pick DD up from work at 4 then I might go for a nap
List? what list?Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
Well, HHC turned into an hour and a half, but got a lot done:
Put away 3 loads of washing
Made beds (shameful at 2pm but I usually do it as soon as I get up, but seeing as I didn't sleep in my bed last night I didn't)
Got all winter jumpers off top of wardrobe and sorted them out - ones that prob wont fit me this year went back on top (neatly), ones I will wear are in wardrobe
Sorted toiletries/cosmetics drawer
Sorted make-up bag
Dusted upstairs
Hoovered upstairs
Sitting down for a bit now, although I should really sort out the dinner while Jake is quiet but got some AF type pains in my back, which is odd as she only left a few days ago. Hoping a sit down for 20 mins before he will want feeding will help. So, there are these boys,
They kinda stole my heart,
They call me Mummy

This flylady stuff isn't very moneysaving!!! As the house is looking so much better I've treated it to new curtains/3 new lampshades and a bath mat.
I'm not complaining. Nice to get my house back to a home.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I was interrupted during my kitchen cleaning yesterday by a skype call from DS1 who's in Germany and by the time I said goodbye I'd lost all momentum, but there's just my toaster to empty and buff so will only take a few mins to do today. And just a dust and vac of the bedroom to do for today.
Thanks to all the Flylady organisers:T, my home is easy to clean now, in fact as there's only 2 of us here at the mo most things are still clean from last week - just need a quick dust etc. This is so much better than it used to be. Why didn't I get of my @ss and do this ages ago??
It's only a game

Hi, haven't had a chance to read all posts - day at zoo yesterday and been hectic. All up to date this week, and I've done the bathroom today as well because we're off to the in laws Friday so want to pack tomorrow and not have to do too much cleaning!
Thanks again for this thread, having gone through house last week, it's been much easier to manage already, and today only took about 20 mins to do bathroom which includes seperate shower cubicle, cleaning window and mopping floor. Great!
Hope everyone's OK x0 -
Hello
Well I haven't got much done again today yet due to interruptions - I say yet because I will get some of my kitchen done tonight no matter what
I'm also very excited! I'm going to sound so sad here, lol - just noticed that I have lovely full apples on my apple tree just ripe for homemade apple crumble and I am seriously blinkin excited
Going to make a coffee now and tidy as I go
Jen xxEverything happens for a reason0 -
Since my last post I've put the DW on, WM is on service wash and I've cleaned the TD filters. Also cleaned the sink again afterwards and made a start on the grotty kitchen floor (work in progress).
DS1 and friend helped DS2 to clean his toy kitchen/workbench, so they're now back in the playhouse, waiting to be filled with accessories. I've done some more tidying up in the back yard, so it's starting to look better.
Best make a start on tea (bacon, sausage, beans etc) and I want to use up some fruit in a fruit salad. I'm hoping I can keep the momentum going after tea to do some more decluttering.
Hope you are ok, kezlou. (((((hugs)))))0 -
Long soggy day doing lots of errands and getting rather wet every time - best way to dry off & warm up - a baking session of course! Scones out and crumble underway.
Collected a bucket of plums from a kind Freegler this morning, and picked some more this afternoon in a derelict garden (overhanging the path) - so guess what I'm doing later. Mostly freezing I think as no time for jam this week - but in a couple of weeks when we're back into a normal routine.... Plus have located a couple of wild apples trees & a crab apple so another flylady getting excited about apples.
