Next time consider using a shop.

Dave, where have you been hiding? We have been infected on this bored by the Honourable Marc and his agility to use google in your absence.

Now do you have anything constructive to add?

Thanks everyone else I have been told to go to police and get a number and give that to paypal and apparently then they should refund regardless true or not I don't know

The police just said that to get rid of you.

Did you hear sniggering as you were leaving?

Think if you read my reply properly you will see it was a suggestion to call the police I never spoke to them?

Thanks for the advice to those that have helped. At least some are helpful

File a Paypal dispute ASAP, though i think if you paid the seller as a gift option, the cash is gone.

Unsure on the chargeback from visa debit, visa credit card. I know mastercard wont honour Paypal chargebacks, as they have only paid Paypal the cash, not the actual transaction.

My bank is set up through Debit Card, apparently its nothing to do with the bank now, if it was Credit Card I'd be insured!

Put the transaction in dispute - look at
