I want my debt under control so if they arent meant to take a payment as arranged then I would like to know why. I dont think its good business practice as I am looking to pay the debt but they just dont take the money.

I have noted a number of your previous comments from other posts and you seem like one of these know it alls who likes to sprout garbage! If you cant be a helpful contributer then dont comment. I feel you should be reported to the administrators as I feel you defy the objective of this forum. I think a lot of people would like to see the back of you!

Anyways I dont know what you are implying as I have continuously made payments on the account in question and I looking for advise - why is that an issue for you?

Well tell us more about your story, there must be more background. People can't help with half the facts.

I think I said that I had a payplan and payments werent taken in june or july after I set the plan up when I rang them on may 15th. They also sent a letter to me saying I had to pay the arrears by end of may. Why wasnt I told this on may 15th.

Either way I have asked for help and I get stupid comments when all I have said is that tsb have done nothing for my family and I would like to see them held to account.
  • I haven't read most of the posts on this second page as it !!!!ed me off a bit the way you're trying to get back at a company that ARE trying to help you. Have you checked to find out why they didn't make the payment? Was a suitable method of payment set up for example? Are your bank playing ball in terms of the direct debit going out at a different amount? Could there have been a human error in setting your arrangement up?

As much as TSB might be to blame for not taking the payment, you should shoulder some of the responsibility as you should keep an eye on the payments going out and make other arrangements if it isnt successful rather than bleating on a message board about how you can do them over.

There was a direct debit set up and they should have got in touch when the payment wasnt made in June instead of 2 months later in august. Human error could have played a part as their staff are a joke. The error will be at their end and I am looking in the direction of data protection as it gives me concerns over my data management.
