Tsb not taking payments

Basically what happen is that I rang them on May to extend the arrangement as it was expiring that month. They never took the payments for 2 months in June and july - I found this out about 2 weeks back when they passed the account to their collections department.

I arranged with them to have another 6 months plan by which time I would hope to get my finances sorted before the end but they don't even take the payments in these 2 months which takes the mick.

I am going to send a letter but just wondered if there was anything to use on them like data protection or something. I really hate these !!!!!!!s and would love just to get one last swan song before I rid them for good as the sods have done nothing for me family. Can you believe that they wouldn't pay out on my mums insurance earlier this year when my dad passed away 4 years ago and obviously my mum hasn't got much money so why the hell does she pay the bloody premium!

Stop procrastinating, phone them, state what your problem and what you want resolved. You have been quite happy to ask for support when you've needed it re a repayment plan, so if there is a problem, you need to contact them.

Well I was on the phone to them last Friday night when they rang and I tried to get it out of them why they didnt take the payments and one of our overseas friends on their call centres who couldnt speak a word of english couldnt explain so asked their collections to find out. She then passed me through to them only for the bloke to think that I wanted to confirm they had the account - well I know they have the account; point is they cant collect their payments but are they first people to shout for it.

And actually I am not procrastinating! I am in the middle of the letter I am merely asking for help and will porbs get the letter sent by Tuesday at the latest.

Pneumonia actually was a sort of causes of his death as obviously with low white blood cells he could fight infection so that was part of it.

Its not a problem - you seem a nice sort; I should add you to facebook :T:T

No these things are fair at all - actually tsb get a high amount of complaints to the ombudsmen - yeah I wonder why! My brother ended up paying for the roof well the outside we still need to sort the inside but the outside is the priority.

Arent we witty today! I mean either be constructive or dont contribute to my posts! This is a forum and I am curious on this as I am really hacked off with the sorry excuse for a bank so I would just love to turn the tables on them!

Maybe they would like to turn the tables on you and get the money back that you owe them.

But you owe them money and they are allowing you to pay less back than originally agreed.

I want my debt under control so if they arent meant to take a payment as arranged then I would like to know why. I dont think its good business practice as I am looking to pay the debt but they just dont take the money.
