cash converters lost my iphone

hi i recently put my iphone into cash converters on buy back for 28 days. I went there yesterday and the people that work there have given my iphone to another customer as they read the reference numbers wrong . Now cash converters have left a message with the other customer but he is on hoilday in morrocco until monday…

There is probably a logical answer as to why the OP hasn't been back.

The new "owner" of the iphone has probably accessed all the info on it and emptied the OP's bank account, hence they can no longer afford to pay for internet access.
