  • aw thank you everyone!!! there seems to be a few of us in on the 28th!! all hold hands and take deep breaths!!! I think I may take my granddad. He went bankrupt (at the same court) last November ridding himself of 25k. It was a straight forward process for him as he is now retired, simply cannot pay it back and he was discharged in 5 months.
    Its so daunting isnt it!! I am freaking out thinking the OR will go through all my statements and contracts and pensions (not worth much) with a magnifying glass.. guess its their job though isnt it.

  • The deed is done!

    Worked out if everything goes well there are 525,600 minutes to my AD - and since the BR I have already "served" 180 of those!

    OR interview tomorrow so still on tender hooks.

    glad the court bit is done, the OR call will be fine try not to worry. i have never worked out the minutes to AD ha ha love it x

    good luck, please try not to worry, it will be fine. the court staff are professional, i found the only person stressing me out on the day was myself!
