I went BR on thursday, had a call from the OR office on friday saying they were sending me out forms to fill in & i've got my interview this thursday on the phone, i just hope i can get whatever they want back to them by thursday

don't worry if you can't get it back by the interview, they didn't have my stuff back by the interview and that was fine. they can look at the info you send in at a later date
  • why the hell am I waiting 3 weeks for a telephone interview then????

I called the OR office this morning saying I couldnt do the 19th anyhow as I am working at the time they are requesting and they said I should have received a phone call at least! I always end up with the freaking shoddy people who do it wrong :-(

I just been going through my CC statements and know they will question the 24 transactions through paypal :-O it only came to £50 approx, it was 2nd hand dvd collection off ebay for my brothers bday... still... I know they will ask why I used cc for it. At least I didnt buy a brand new one.. anyhow am just ranting... any worrying...

i've had a whole weekend off form filling, worrying (almost!) and searching for statements:rotfl:

really feel sick today tho - maybe its guilt because i did stock up on hay and food for my pets before i went br courtesy of my cc:o - worried that i'd not have access to any money to provide for them (small furries - don't eat that much) and i bought petrol - had to get to court somehow.

will the fear and guilt ever ease?

hey know this sounds familar BUT i know how you feel..... i had my OR interview friday and i too have no bank statements as i banked on line but someone on here said they will get them if they want them.... still panicking and stressing i thought i was supposed to feel a little better.... still not sleeping and worried they will go through statements seein i lately put a few things on cc but i had to find the BR money from somewhere was small things like petrol and pet food nothing extravagant feel so criminal hubbie gettin short temepred with me saying i should stop panicking as ive told the truth BUT i just cant ..... need to relax daft as it sounds i feel it aint over yet....glad i can rant on here as no one knows !!!
  • I had one transaction for a toby carvery lunch !!! and the rest were the 2nd hand dvd's. I've then gone through my bank statements and yeah there is stuff for Primark, Matalan, River Island ... BUT I need clothes to look good for work I work in police stations and sometimes in court... thats my excuse!!

I think they only wanna see if we have been making extravagant purchases like 50" flat screens, holidays, cars.. things like this.. if its general day to day cost of living.. then hopefully we be OK.

I'm gunna call the OR office again in the morning an badger them to bring the OR interview forward. I've managed to get my bank statements off line as they were archived and all my other statements off online banking I'm just waiting for a few cc statements to be posted. GULP!!! I know I bought stuff for the dogs and treated myself to stuff to cheer myself up as I was still upset over the break up of my 4 year relationship but I'll just tell em this.

Funny how my granddad went BR in November last year and didnt have to provide ANYTHING.

    maybe they are buckling down??

depending on the complexity of your case or if the receiver/examiner needs further information they can go back as far as they like really

mine was a straightforwards no asset case & they went back over 2yrs with statements etc

Chez-are you and I the same person or do we just have so much in common its spooky? !

Yes, petrol and pet food went on the cards just before as I had to use my overdrafts to raise the fee.

I daresay something will be questioned but all I can do is answer honestly. I'm in debt. I can't afford to pay it all back. I regret it deeply, as I regret0 my accident, but alas there's nowt I can do to change the past.

Future starts now-when I can get out of bed without feeling like I'll keel over( wretched cold thing that's making me feel as though ve been eaten and thrown back up)

maybe its because he is retired? who knows. I spoke to the OR yesterday and unfortunately I have landed an OR that works part time and is sodding off on her jollys next week
I cant get in any earlier than the 19th. 13 sleeps.

I am retired also, as Phil says every case is different and you cannot assume anything with them.
