    Due in Court today - woke up feeling strange but just read a report on a 31 year mother of 3 who discharged herself from a hospice so she could take her 4 year to his 1st day at school - she died the following day - rather puts things into perspective doesn't it!

    I am up at court next week. I have no idea what to expect and am very very nervous. Worried they will refuse it!!!

    What a strange day!

    Went to court this morning and a clerk went through the application with me, gave me a bankruptcy number, the cashier took the £600 and then they set another date to see the judge. Originally given Oct 8th as they are so busy but they found me a spot for next Tuesday 28th.

    So I'll be back to the court on the 28th and they said the OR would telephone on the 29th.

    I will be so glad when this is all over!

    You will be FINE!!! It's just a paper excercise, of course you will be nervous (that's normal) but please try to remember this will make your life easier, you're doing it with the best intentions... a better, stress free life for you and your family... be strong, it will be ok. A new life waits for you next week xxx

    we can reassure each other - mine's the same day and i'm feeling EXACTLY the same as you.......say if they refuse it? say if i forget something and they put me in prison for fraud? what are my alternatives - sell a kidney on ebay or something!?!

    pm me if you want - i'm pretty new here but counting down the days til 28th:(
