    Morning all! *Hugs to all*

Hope you get your photos back Bun - have you tried the Recycle Bin? I sincerely hope they're there! And as Johnny Jet says, I thought there was a file recovery programme that you can use, maybe have a play about on Google?

Just checked and the weather is blustery and misty (just like I like it :D), I have nothing to do today, save painting something for my dad for his birthday - I started painting the dog but was uninspired and it's just sitting there for now. Might revert back to flowers. We'll see.

Anyway, time to do a spot of research for things I can eBay!

Bun, click on the start button in the bottom left hand corner and you should see ' help and support'. if you click on that you can then search 'how to recover files' and it should then tell you how to do it.

Bun, really sorry to hear that, I hope you can get them back.

    Morning everyone!

Weather looks ok so I think I'll take my book and sit outside.

Hmmm, do I take my Mac with me to Finland or not? If I do, I'll be worrying about it getting nicked or damaged, or taking me over hand luggage limit. There's computers at the airport so I can bum on them for a bit, or do I take a nice big book?

lizzie, it doesn't work on calories, rather free food (you can eat as much as you want) A&B food (portioned controlled) and syns - treats.

You can get the SW mag from the supermrket, that has the recipes, and some drs can give you vouchers to attend SW on prescription.

See thats what I dont understand, is that explained in the magazine then scaredy?? I am certain that neither of us would even come close to qualifying on prescription. I'll have a look at the mag and the website though, thanks.
